SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA 

We offer FREE SHIPPING within Australia for all orders over $200 and a flat rate of $15 for orders under $200.  All of our orders are sent via Australia Post’s Regular Service and take 3-5 business days to arrive (please allow for Covid related delays). INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

If you are located outside of Australia, we offer the following:

  • Flat Rate $30
  • Free Shipping for orders over $350
  • Allow for between 5 – 21 days delivery as shipping may take longer to some countries
  • All orders can be tracked
  • Signature on delivery will be required.

Please note that we cannot deliver to a PO Box number or a Hotel address, so please use a private address only

Shipping internationally may incur customs and import taxes and all international customers are responsible for these customs rates within their own country.  HLD is required to declare the full AUD dollar value paid on international shipments and will include a TAX Invoice should customs require this.

Limitations with carriers in some countries restrict us from sending to:

Algeria, Cuba, Indonesia, Israel, Korea, North Korea, Kuwait, Morocco, Nepal, Pakistan, Russian, Sudan, Syria

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

HLD will accept a return of any full priced items within 14 days of purchase and within 14 days for any sale items.  Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with tags, before refund can be confirmed.  If you have any questions regarding our return policy, please email corinne@harlowlovesdaisy.com

RETURNING AN ITEM

To enable us to process your return request, please email us at corinne@harlowlovesdaisy.com explaining the following:

WHAT IS THE REASON FOR THE RETURN OF THE DESIGN?

If faulty, please provide information and send an image of the fault

We will endeavour to respond to your email within two business days and will forward an address for you to send back your faulty design for assessment.

Once received and processed, your refund will be credited to your original method of payment, minus original shipping charges and any duties paid.  Please allow 5-7 working days for your refund to be processed.  You will be notified by email once finalised.
