RETURNING AN ITEM
To enable us to process your return request, please email us at corinne@harlowlovesdaisy.com explaining the following:
WHAT IS THE REASON FOR THE RETURN?
If faulty, please provide information and send an image of the fault. We will endeavour to respond to your email within two business days and will forward an address for you to send back your faulty design for assessment
Once received and processed, your refund will be credited to your original method of payment, minus original shipping charges and any duties paid. Please allow 5-7 working days for your refund to be processed. You will be notified by email once finalised.
